Story behind the picture

Meet Marie-Pierre Rauzon. In the last year, doing her workouts at home she has lost a life-changing 105 pounds!

She says: “My friend (and Coach) convinced me to give 21 Day Fix a try, and I agreed *just* for 21 days. After those 3 weeks and 15 lbs of weight loss, there was no turning back… I think I’m a die-hard 21 Day Fixer for life, but it’s nice to be able to change things up on Beachbody On Demand and give the other programs a try once in a while. I liked the 21 Day Fix workouts because they were straight to the point and easy to follow. I always followed the ‘modifier’ [easier moves] in the beginning, and I liked that as I gained strength and stamina, I could ease into following Autumn.

My Coach and our team would check in on me and encourage me when I felt like I was failing. They never let me give up! Now, I feel so proud that I don’t have to shop in the ‘PLUS size’ section anymore. I’m proud that I can see muscles in my body.

Meet Diana

“I gained over 60 lbs. with my first pregnancy and by the time I had my second—I was huge, because I never lost a bit of the weight from either pregnancy. I was always tired, always ashamed, and always miserable. When my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic, it honestly scared me. So I said ‘enough’—started working out and drinking Shakeology. “I loved that I could work out in the privacy of my own home, at my own pace and whenever it fit into my schedule. I liked 80 Day Obsession and Morning Meltdown 100 because no two workouts were the same. I did TurboFire and CORE DE FORCE when I was traveling because neither program requires equipment. With these programs, I lost a ton of inches and accomplished more than I thought I would ever be able to achieve! Not only was I able to complete the programs without modifications, but I also took up running. I went from running a block at a time to being able to run a 10K without stopping. I ran over 125 miles between March and October!

I went from a size 14 pants to a size 6. I was wearing an XL top when I started and I am now wearing a Small. I lost 55 pounds — my son is 55 pounds! I lost a whole small human!”

Meet Brittany

“Before starting Beachbody I was very angry all the time. I was so unhappy that I would cry almost daily because of how I felt. I had zero energy and would get out of breath by walking up the four steps to get into the house.I hated how I felt, how I looked, and I constantly felt as if I was being judged any time that I went out in public. I was to the point that I never wanted to leave the house because I was so uncomfortable in my clothes and in my body. I would actually turn to wine and alcohol in the evenings to mask the shame I felt for being so unhealthy.I didn’t spend very much time playing with my kids because I just couldn’t keep up with them. Then I spoke at a public event in January 2018 and someone had taken a few pictures of me. Those pictures ended up on Facebook and when I saw them it absolutely broke my heart. I didn’t feel like the girl that I saw in those pictures. It was the first time that I actually saw how far I had let myself slip into the unhealthy lifestyle that I was living. Once I saw that picture, I made the decision that I was not going to be this size anymore. I wanted to feel better, I wanted to look better, and I wanted to be healthier. That night, I did a ton of research and landed on the Team Beachbody site. It was honestly the best decision I have ever made! I have tried many times in the past to begin my weight-loss journey, but every time I tried I failed miserably. Each time, I would say that I was doing it for someone else. But this time, I was doing it for me.“

“I have done multiple Beachbody programs: 2B Mindset, 21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession, LIIFT4, A Little Obsessed, and SHIFT SHOP.

I love 21 Day Fix because of the 30-minute workouts. I absolutely loved 80 Day Obsession because I lost 53 pounds during the program. Autumn is one of my favorite trainers, and her workouts always make me happy!

LIIFT4 is also another favorite program of mine. Joel is absolutely hilarious and knows exactly how to work your muscles for the best results. Plus, with shorter workouts only four days a week, it’s hands down amazing!

SHIFT SHOP is also a great program — it brought out my inner athletic side. Chris knew exactly what to say to keep me motivated and get me to push just a little bit harder!

And I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing 2B Mindset is. I will never follow another nutrition program again. I’ve lost 110 pounds following Ilana’s program!”

Overall, Brittany lost 158 pounds and she kept it off! Bonus? Brittany was crowned a Beachbody Challenge Runner-Up at Team Beachbody Summit this year and won $15,000! Yes, you can win money by getting healthy!
